Structural composition
Hoisting motor:Conical rotor brake motor, self-locking upon power failure, smooth starting, and large braking torque.
Reduction mechanism:Hardened helical gear transmission, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life.
Sprockets and chains:Alloy steel lifting chains, wear-resistant and impact-resistant, with a large breaking strength margin.
Hook assembly:Orange forged hook with anti-slip latch, capable of 360° rotation.
Fuselage:Orange metal casing, compact structure, good protection
Top control box:The top control box integrates contactors and protection components.
Operating mechanism:Equipped with a trolley that travels along the I-beam track.
Remote control:Orange and black design, multi-button layout, ground operation via cable connection.
Safety signage:Yellow warning signs on the side, safety reminders are in place.
Safety devices:upper and lower bidirectional limit switches, power-off brake, hook anti-detachment device, warning signs.
Working principle
The hoisting motor drives the sprocket via a reducer to raise and lower the lifting chain, causing the hook to rise and fall vertically; the traveling mechanism drives the entire machine to move horizontally along the I-beam track. These two actions, combined, complete the full sequence of "lifting → lateral movement → precise lowering." Operation is performed by a single worker via remote control/manual—in remote control mode, the operator can observe the entire hoisting process from a safe position, with unobstructed vision and unrestricted positioning, simultaneously improving safety and operational efficiency.
Core advantages
Remote control operation with flexible positioning:Operators can stay away from heavy objects and choose a safe position independently, with good visibility and greater safety, especially suitable for precision hoisting that requires observation and alignment.
One-line operation:Traveling along the I-beam track, one machine covers the entire workstation line, eliminating the need to repeatedly configure equipment for multiple workstations.
The chain does not spin and the landing is stable:the alloy steel chain does not rotate or twist, the heavy object does not sway when lifted, and the landing is accurate and without bumps.
Compact structure and light weight:The motor, reducer and sprocket are integrated, which reduces the requirements for the load-bearing structure and track, and can be directly deployed in small places.
Safety features include:bidirectional upper and lower limit switches to prevent top impact, a conical brake motor with power-off self-locking to prevent hook slippage, a hook anti-detachment tongue, and yellow warning signs on the machine body.
Easy to operate: The remote control handle has a clear button layout and intuitive logic , making it easy for beginners to learn and complete all actions by a single person.
Easy maintenance:With its classic structure and few potential points of failure, daily maintenance only requires checking chain wear, braking performance, and lubrication; no dedicated personnel are needed for maintenance.
High versatility: It can be used independently for beam hanging, or it can be matched with KBK flexible cranes, cantilever cranes, and electric single beams, making it suitable for multiple scenarios.
Application scenarios
Applications include: loading and unloading in small machining workshops; loading, unloading, and stacking of goods in warehouses; equipment disassembly and assembly in repair shops; material handling in stores and laboratories; material transfer at assembly line workstations; hoisting of parts, blanks, and semi-finished products; assembly of pumps, valves, motors, and hardware; workstations in building materials, auto parts, and light industrial workshops; workstations requiring operation away from heavy objects; and use with KBK flexible cranes, cantilever cranes, and electric single-girder cranes.
