KBK multi-span covered crane with uprights

The entire set of equipment adopts a self-supporting structure with ground-mounted steel columns and red high-strength steel rails laid out in a crisscross pattern. It can span over multiple CNC machine tools to form a covered rail network. One crane can serve the loading and unloading operations of the entire group of machine tools, eliminating the need to configure separate hoisting equipment for each machine tool.

Underslung KBK multi-rail parallel flexible crane

This equipment system consists of multiple parallel KBK standard rail suspensions, with an independent electric chain hoist and hook installed under each rail. Each rail section is marked with its rated load, allowing multiple workstations to lift simultaneously without interfering with each other, completely eliminating the waiting dilemma of "the whole workshop vying for one overhead crane".

This machine adopts the structure of box-type (or I-beam combined) main beam and end beam. The electric hoist moves laterally along the lower flange of the main beam, while the trolley moves longitudinally along the track. The hoist lifts vertically, forming a three-dimensional lifting coverage. It can accurately send heavy objects to any working position in the workshop.

The main beam of the machine runs suspended under the I-beam track on the roof, eliminating the need for additional brackets and track beams on the columns and saving ground space. It requires minimal factory renovation and has a short installation period, making it particularly suitable for steel structure workshops with limited roof truss load-bearing capacity.
