Working Principle
The European-style hoisting trolley completes the vertical lifting and lowering of heavy loads; the trolley travels horizontally along the track above the main girder; the end beam wheels drive the entire machine to move longitudinally along the workshop's longitudinal rails. All three directions are driven by variable frequency, forming a three-dimensional lifting space covering the entire workshop span, enabling the lifting, movement, and precise placement of workpieces from any ground position. Variable frequency control allows controllable start-stop acceleration, and with the optional electronic anti-sway function, heavy loads experience virtually no air sway, significantly improving placement efficiency and safety.
Core Advantages
Lightweight Design:Structural optimization reduces self-weight by 15%–30% compared to traditional double girders, lowering wheel pressure and simultaneously reducing investment in the workshop's steel structure and track foundation.
Low Headroom and High Lift Height:The integrated trolley layout reduces the overall machine height, providing greater effective lifting height for the same workshop height, eliminating the need for height increases when renovating old workshops.
Smooth Frequency Control:Full variable frequency speed regulation for hoisting and travel, no impact during start-stop, and no load sway; optional electronic anti-sway for precise positioning without damaging workpieces.
High Load Capacity and Large Span:Double-box girder structure, 5–100 ton capacity, spans up to 31.5m or more, suitable for large-span heavy-duty workshops.
High Working Class:Up to A5–A6 (FEM 2m/3m), adaptable to high-frequency continuous operation with a longer service life.
Multiple Machines Sharing the Same Track (As Shown in Figure 12):Multiple machines can be arranged in the same span, covering adjacent areas without mutual interference, resulting in high material flow efficiency in long workshops.
Comprehensive Safety Features:Multiple limit switches, overload protection, power-off braking, and buffer stoppers are standard, with optional anti-collision laser sensors and area protection.
Economical Maintenance:The three-in-one drive and European-style hoisting trolley are modular and universally compatible components, making maintenance convenient and downtime short.
