European-style single-girder overhead crane, 1–10 t, span can be customized
Structural Composition
Main girder:Box-type welded or I-beam composite structure, coated with yellow finish paint, serving as the core load-bearing and flexural resistance component.
End girder:Blue-black end frames built with trolley wheels, fitted with red buffer blocks and rail sweepers at the ends.
Suspension track:White I-beam track fixed below the roof truss/roof steel structure, with the main girder suspended during operation.
European-style electric hoist:Low headroom hoist with its pulley block close to the main girder; it also acts as a trolley running along the lower flange of the main girder.
Hook assembly:Forged hook with anti-disengagement latch, equipped with a pulley block to increase lifting capacity.
Travel drive:Three-in-one drive unit (motor + reducer + brake), with optional variable frequency.
Power supply system: Flat cable/safety conductor rail, with current collector and control box.
Control system:Ground-mounted pendant control/wireless remote control (optional).
Safety devices:Upper and lower lifting limit switches, trolley travel limit, overload limiter, red buffer stops, and power-off braking.
Working Principle
European-style electric hoists perform vertical lifting and lowering of heavy loads; the hoist itself travels horizontally along the lower flange of the main girder; end girder wheels drive the entire crane to move longitudinally along the H-beam track suspended from the roof. These three directions superimpose to form a three-dimensional lifting space covering the work area, enabling workpieces to be lifted, moved, and precisely positioned from any ground location. The low headroom of the hoist allows the hook to be positioned closer to the main girder at its limit, thus enabling greater lifting height within the same factory building height.
Core Advantages
No corbels or rail supports:I-beam tracks are suspended below the roof truss without occupying floor space or requiring reinforced columns, greatly reducing factory renovation and civil engineering costs.
Low headroom and high lifting height:European-style hoists are arranged close to the girder with minimal limit dimensions, providing greater effective lifting height for the same factory building height, eliminating the need to raise old factory buildings.
Lightweight and low wheel pressure:Lightweight structures have low requirements for roof truss load-bearing capacity and can be installed in steel structure factories and mezzanine workshops.
Smooth variable frequency:Optional variable frequency speed regulation provides impact-free start/stop, no load swaying, anti-shake function, and precise positioning without damaging workpieces.
Fast installation and short cycle:Standardized structural components and suspended assembly reduce on-site construction work, enabling rapid commissioning with minimal production disruption.
Safe and reliable:Multiple limit switches + overload protection + red end buffers + power-off braking, compliant with crane safety regulations.
Easy maintenance:European-style hoists and three-in-one drive units feature modular, universal components with readily available spare parts, minimizing maintenance downtime.
Application Scenarios
Loading and unloading workpieces in machining workshops; transferring components on assembly lines; lifting in steel structure workshops; warehousing loading, unloading, and stacking; mold disassembly, assembly, and flipping; pump, valve, motor, and reducer assembly; equipment lifting in repair workshops; light lifting in mezzanine/low-headroom workshops; production lines retaining ground-level logistics channels.
