Working principle

The hoisting motor drives the drum via a reducer to wind up and unwind the wire rope. The wire rope then winds around a pulley system, causing the hook to rise and fall vertically—a multiplier design that allows for effortless and stable lifting even with a 1-ton light load. If equipped with an electric trolley, the entire machine can travel horizontally along I-beams or crossbeam tracks, forming a complete "lifting + traversing" lifting capability. A rope guide constrains the wire rope's direction throughout the process, preventing rope skipping and tangling. Operation is completed by a single worker using a handheld device; the button layout is clear and logically intuitive, requiring no professional crane operator.
