European style electric hoist
Structural composition
Lifting motor:Variable frequency/dual speed motor, directly connected to the reducer, IP54 protection, F-class insulation.
Speed reduction mechanism:Hardened helical gear reducer, which is highly efficient, low in noise, and has a long service life.
Drum: Silver-gray long drum, coaxially and compactly arranged with multiple layers of neatly wound rope.
Wire rope: Special wire rope for lifting, used with multi-ratio pulley blocks.
Pulley hook assembly:Hook pulley block with yellow and black warning stripes / Orange protective cover hook, forged hook with anti-slip latch.
Braking system:disc brake, with large braking torque, long service life, and long maintenance cycle.
Travel carriage:Features top-mounted travel wheels and a crossbar mechanism; electrically driven to move along the track.
Power supply system:flat cable/safety conductor rail, with current collector.
Control system:manual switch/wireless remote control (optional).
Safety devices:upper and lower bidirectional limit switches, overload limiter, power-off brake, hook anti-detachment device, warning signs.
Working principle
The hoisting motor drives the drum to wind up and unwind the wire rope via a hardened gear reducer. The wire rope then loops around a multi-ratio pulley hook assembly below, causing the hook to rise and fall vertically—the multiplier design allows for optimization of lifting capacity and speed according to working conditions. An electric trolley drives the entire machine to move horizontally along the track. These two directions combined complete the entire lifting process: "lifting → translating → precise lowering." With variable frequency control, start-stop acceleration is controllable, and the load hardly sways in the air, significantly improving placement efficiency and safety.
Core advantages
Low headroom and high lifting capacity:The integrated body and coaxial arrangement of the drum minimize the building height occupation, resulting in a greater effective lifting height for the same factory building height.
Lightweight and low wheel pressure:Structural optimization significantly reduces the overall weight of the machine, lowers the requirements for the load-bearing structure (roof truss, main beam, track), and saves on foundation investment.
Smooth frequency conversion:Full frequency conversion speed regulation during lifting and operation, no impact during start-stop and no load swaying; optional electronic anti-sway, precise positioning without damaging the workpiece.
Hardened tooth surface transmission:Hardened tooth surface helical gear reducer has high transmission efficiency, low noise, and long service life.
Disc brakes:They have high braking torque, good heat dissipation, low wear, and a much longer maintenance cycle than traditional cone brakes.
High working level:up to M5–M6 (FEM 2m/3m), adaptable to high-frequency continuous operation, with better total life cycle cost.
Modular maintenance:The motor, reducer, brake, and drum are modularly separated, making maintenance convenient and minimizing downtime.
High compatibility:It can be directly matched with European-style single beams, suspended cranes, and KBK flexible systems, or used independently with suspended beams.
