Structural composition
Main hoisting motor: conical rotor brake motor, self-locking when power off, responsible for constant speed lifting.
Slow-speed auxiliary motor: side-mounted auxiliary motor, drives slow speed setting, realizes precise alignment.

Body casing: metal shell with heat dissipation fins and circular vents, excellent heat dissipation performance.
Electrical control box: blue electrical box, integrating contactors and protection components.
Running trolley: electric trolley drives the whole machine to move along the I-beam track.
Control system: yellow button box (flash gate), optional wireless remote control.
Safety device: bidirectional limit switch, power-off braking, overload protection, hook anti-detachment, warning signs.
Working principle
Normal speed mode: the main hoisting motor drives the drum to wind and unwind the wire rope through the reducer, and the hook rises and falls quickly at normal speed for empty travel, saving operation time.
Slow speed mode: switch to the slow-speed auxiliary motor drive, reduce the speed through the transmission mechanism, and the hook rises and falls slowly at about 1/10 of the normal speed. It is used for the last part of the stroke when the heavy object is close to the landing point to achieve millimeter-level fine-tuning alignment.
Translation: the electric trolley drives the whole machine to move horizontally along the I-beam track.

Reduce the impact of inching: no need for frequent inching to achieve precision, greatly reduce the impact load on the motor, brake, and wire rope, and the equipment lasts longer.
High lifting height: the wire rope winch structure allows for a lifting height far exceeding the conventional upper limit of chain hoists, suitable for high floors, deep foundation pits, and other working conditions.
Good heat dissipation and continuous operation: the shell is equipped with heat dissipation fins and ventilation holes, with excellent heat dissipation performance and suitable for high-frequency continuous operation.
Line coverage of a single machine: the power distribution trolley travels along the track, one machine covers the entire workstation line, not only "lifting up and down" but also "transporting left and right".
Safe protection complete: upper and lower bidirectional limit switches prevent top punching, conical brake motor with power-off self-locking, hook anti-detachment tongue piece, and overload protection.
Strong versatility: can be used alone for beam hanging, or matched with electric single beam, suspension crane, European crane, KBK system, etc.
