Working principle
The hoisting motor drives the drum via a reducer to wind up and unwind the wire rope. The wire rope loops around the lower pulley hook assembly, causing the hook to rise and fall vertically. The pulley assembly's multiplier design optimizes the hook's stroke and lifting capacity. When equipped with a trolley, the entire machine can travel horizontally along the I-beam track, forming a complete "lifting + translation" lifting capability. The ultra-low headroom design allows the hook's upper limit to be closer to the track, thus enabling the hook to reach a higher height and have a longer effective stroke within the same factory building height. Operation is completed by a single worker using a handheld device or remote control, eliminating the need for a professional crane operator.
