KBK monorail/single girder crane with upright support

Product Introduction

It offers flexible installation and easy disassembly, and can be configured—based on the specific workshop layout—into various setups, such as linear monorail systems, rectangular single-girder coverage areas, or interconnected multi-station transport networks.

Structural composition

Support column:High-strength steel structure, yellow epoxy paint, floor-mounted design, supporting the main beam of the track.

KBK Track Main Beam:Enclosed cold-formed steel rails, standard section splicing, can be extended indefinitely.

Running trolley:Built-in low-friction rollers allow for longitudinal movement along the track, making it easy to push.

Electric hoist:The electric chain hoist, suspended below the trolley, is responsible for vertical lifting.

End beams and connectors:High-strength bolt connections ensure track alignment accuracy and overall rigidity.

Power supply system:Powered by a sliding contact line or flat cable, with optional safety sliding line.

Control System:Flashlight switch (button box) control, selectable remote control/dual speed/frequency conversion.

Working principle

The electric hoist is responsible for the vertical lifting and lowering of materials; the trolley drives the hoist longitudinally along the KBK track; in the case of a single-beam design, the main beam moves along the longitudinal track at the top of the column, and the two work together to form an X/Y bidirectional planar coverage, which can accurately deliver the workpiece to any position within the work area. The entire operation is completed by the operator through a hand flashlight or remote control, without the need for a professional crane operator.

Core advantages

Modular assembly : Standard parts are assembled, and tracks can be lengthened, workstations can be added, and layouts can be modified at any time. Production line adjustments do not require re-procurement.

Independent of factory structure : Self-supporting with ground-mounted columns, it can be installed in factories and rented workshops without crane beams.

Lightweight and labor-saving : The low coefficient of friction of the track rollers results in low pushing force when fully loaded, and a single person can easily position it. It is more labor-saving than a manual forklift and more flexible than a crane.

Low headroom design : compact structure, low requirements for factory height, and full utilization of existing space.

Safe and reliable : The hoist is equipped with upper and lower limit switches, overload protection, and power failure braking; the end of the track is equipped with a stop device.

Economical and efficient : The cost of construction and maintenance is far lower than that of traditional bridge cranes, and the investment payback period is short.

Quiet and clean : Low operating noise and no exhaust emissions, suitable for long-term indoor operation.
