KBK Combined Rail Conveying System

KBK Combined Rail Conveying System

Product Introduction

The equipment utilizes a floor-mounted, self-supporting column structure, eliminating the need to rely on the facility's existing steel framework; it offers flexible installation and convenient assembly or disassembly. Featuring a red-and-yellow warning color scheme, it is highly visible and ensures safety while blending seamlessly into the workshop environment.

Structural composition

Self-supporting support column : High-strength steel structure, yellow warning paint, floor-mounted, supporting the longitudinal track.

KBK main beam : enclosed cold-formed steel track, red paint, standard section splicing, infinitely extendable.

End beams and connectors : High-strength bolts are used to ensure the alignment accuracy between the main beam and the track, as well as overall rigidity.

Trolley : Built-in low-friction rollers allow it to move along the track easily.

Electric chain hoist : Suspended below the trolley, equipped with a hook, responsible for vertical lifting.

Power supply system : Powered by sliding contact line or flat cable, with optional safety sliding contact line.

Control system : Flashlight control, optional remote/dual-speed/inverter.

Working principle

The electric hoist is responsible for the vertical lifting and lowering of materials; the trolley drives the hoist to move laterally along the main beam; the main beam moves along the longitudinal track at the top of the column. The two combined form an X/Y bidirectional planar coverage , allowing workpieces to be delivered to any position within the work area, forming a closed-loop loading and unloading system with forklifts and pallets. The entire operation is completed by the operator via a handheld switch or remote control, eliminating the need for a dedicated crane operator.

Core advantages

Modular assembly : Standard parts are assembled, and tracks can be lengthened, workstations can be added, and layouts can be modified at any time. Production line adjustments do not require re-procurement.

Multi-station expansion : Single or multiple groups can be freely switched in parallel, covering the entire workshop from a single workstation in one step.

Independent of factory structure : Self-supporting with ground-mounted columns, it can be installed in factories and rented workshops without crane beams.

Lightweight and labor-saving : The rollers have a low coefficient of friction, resulting in low pushing force when fully loaded, allowing for easy positioning by a single person.

Low headroom design : The structure is compact, with low requirements for factory floor height, and does not interfere with the roof steel structure.

Safe and reliable : The hoist is equipped with upper and lower limit switches, overload protection, and power failure braking; the end of the track is equipped with a stop device.

Economical and efficient : The cost of construction and maintenance is far lower than that of traditional bridge cranes, and the investment payback period is short.

Eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing : The red and yellow dual-color warning paint enhances on-site safety visibility and can be customized according to the RAL color chart.

Application scenarios

Machine tool loading and unloading in machining workshops; material transfer at assembly line workstations; mold assembly, disassembly, and flipping; warehousing, loading, unloading, and stacking (in coordination with forklifts); pump, valve, motor, and component assembly; equipment hoisting in repair workshops; light-duty hoisting in cleanrooms in food, electronics, and light industry industries.
